1. Lead (Pb)
2. Mercury (Hg)
3. Cadmium (Cd)
4. Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+)
5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
6. Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)

Department of Industrial Works proposed a draft version of ministerial regulation on soil and groundwater contamination criteria within factory.The draft ministerial regulation, that is composed of 13 articles, states that the level of contamination in soil and groundwater inside any factory must be within the risk level as designated by the secretary of industry.
